The Restaurant General Manageroversees the supervision of the Management Staff and holds each accountable for food and beverage quality, service standards, and profitability of their restaurants. The Restaurant General Managerensures our team service concept is adhered to by management and hourly team members. The Restaurant General Managerwill provide leadership in communications, financial reporting, budgeting, trend analysis, recruitment, building maintenance, and the overall delivery of guest service and food and beverage quality at all locations in their area.
