We are seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join a dynamic and innovative global design team. Developing compelling design solutions and adopting a consultative approach to capture and reinforce a sophisticated brand experience. Our extensive blue chip client base provides an opportunity to create a diverse range of design solutions for global brand engagement and organizational change programs. This position requires print publishing, web and digital media knowledge, with an emphasis on creative design work for clients and consultants of Mercer Leadership Development.

Qualifications:
· Minimum
2-4 years of professional design industry experience
· University
bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
· Conversant
in both PC and Apple Mac operating systems
· Advanced
knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
· Demonstrated
ability to complete and/or direct digital media and print production projects
· Complete
assigned design tasks with support from team or supervisors, to meet deadlines
and assure creative integrity of jobs
· Interact
with internal and external clients to identify material needs, and develop
program branding and identity
