We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a full-time job opportunity in Portland, OR. Candidates need to have 1+ years experience in an administrative roll with emphasis in customer service.This position will be responsible for providing support as needed such as taking meeting minutes, ordering office supplies, and acting as a point of contact for all office staff.
The Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Provide support in regards to scheduling, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes
-General office operations such as ordering supplies, scheduling travel, and coordinating calendars
-Provide support to all staff as needed
-Filing, organizing, correspondence
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-1+ year experience in an administrative role
-1+ year experience with an emphasis in customer service
-Great communication skills over the phone and in person
-Proficiency in MS Office 2007/2010
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
