Daily Responsibilities
Optimize the real time performance of an application stack Linux with RT patch under non-virtualized and virtualized environment. The virtualized environment will be based off KVM and VMware ESX hypervisor.
Job Requirements
Experience and extensive working knowledge of Linux kernel internals, kernel drivers, user & kernel space switching interactions for IOs and timers
At least one hypervisor (KVM, Xen, VMware, etc...).
Strong skills in C/C++ and assembly language programming and debugging skills of Linux kernel.
Additional skills
Understanding of Intel virtualization technology is highly desirable.
