Duties:
* Fulfill the company defined customer experience by being a friendly, available, customer focused, excited team member
* Drives sales through community involvement by local market races to promote the Company as a destination shop for running enthusiasts
* Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all footwear merchandise with a focus on merchandise geared towards runners
* Organizing and displaying merchandise to company standards
* Consistently promoting company programs including warranty sales, scorecard, private label credit card, etc.
Skills:
* Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others
Experience:
* 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
