The Intel Custom IA Foundry group within TMG chartered to serve new products is looking for qualified candidate with alignment and experience in the required areas described below to join its Memory IP Design team. The key function is Memory Custom IP design & Memory Compiler Design with strong focus on SOC memory collateral expertise that involves diverse memory types to be used in target customer products.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in memory design on deeply scaled CMOS technologies including small signal and large signal designs, or expertise in memory compiler development including compiler architecture, design, DFT and design views for performance/power/layout on advanced process nodes
- Demonstrated working experience in design automation for custom IP design, or compiler construction and their delivery/support though its lifecycle
- Working knowledge of industry compliant and stand alone memory compiler development tool suites
- Foundation in memory design macros, their circuit topologies for small and large signal arrays
- Foundation in digital circuit design as it relates to logic verification, static timing analysis, margin for statistical phenomena in digital and memory designs at advanced technology nodes, power sensitivity to design choices and layout integration
- Experience &/or strong interest in memory compilers developed across Intel for IP creation; Exposure to memory IP providers including third part vendors desired
- Excellent and demonstrated team player with ability to work with external customers and in cross functional teams

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years design experience with memory compiler/IP design development, layout and logic design is required. Working knowledge of design modeling, circuit and layout design across diversity of memory types is required. Experience with custom memory designs on advanced nodes is highly desired.
