          Job Description:

          JOB SUMMARY:Provides clinical and administrative services for the Gastroenterology Services of Legacy Medical Group.

          Job Qualifications:

          QUALIFICATIONS:

          Education:

          Graduate of four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent.

          Completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program and fellowship in Gastroenterology.

          Licensure/Certification:

          Board Certified in Gastroenterology.

          Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.

          Active member in good standing of Hospital Medical Staff.

          ACLS certification.
