Responsibilities:

Quickly
grasp business concepts, problems and envision an approach to the solution that
aligns to the client’s needs
•
Design
and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions including use of interview,
document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome
modeling, personas, user centric design, customer and user ethnography, task
and workflow analysis
•
Successfully
elicit all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability,
compliance, regulatory, technical)
•
Create
key artifacts including use cases, user stories, functional specifications,
security role matrices, user acceptance criteria, and configuration
specifications
•
Construct
and deliver structured written and verbal communication across a variety of
functional project stakeholders
•
Keep
abreast of the latest digital trends and process methodologies. Determine how
they might influence our business processes, tools, and systems – what we
deliver and how.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant
subject area
•
5
years’ professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst on multiple
complex projects across web platforms & mobile applications, with
development teams and creative agencies
•
Experience
with technical projects in an Agile delivery environment. Ability to writeSQLqueries to pull data from various repositories.
•
Experience
in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than
6 months)
•
Excellent
analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and
opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications

Strong
business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT
needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
•
Proven
ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together
and facilitate productive discussions
•
Comfortable
working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively
communicate with both business and technical IT teams
